As I look back on 2025, it’s hard to believe just how much has changed in one year. I went into this year still an apprentice, with so much to learn, and I’m finishing it with a distinction in marketing, a huge sense of pride, and confidence in how far I’ve come.
The year kicked off in the best possible way, managing my first ever event for a client. It was a big moment for me and such a brilliant day, giving me a real taste of responsibility and trust. Not long after, April brought my final apprenticeship exams, which I’m incredibly proud to say resulted in a distinction, perfectly timed with turning 21, making it a milestone month I’ll never forget.

Summer at Key Lime was packed with hands-on experiences and plenty of time outdoors (great for the tan!). From outdoor cinema events and Wimbledon strawberries and cream activations to character meet-and-greets, school holiday arts and crafts, and community events, it was fast-paced, varied and so much fun. It really helped me grow in confidence, organisation and creativity.

As the year moved into autumn and winter, things shifted into awards season, which was incredibly exciting. Campaigns I worked on were shortlisted for both the SCEPTRE Awards and the Revo Awards, a huge achievement and a proud moment to be part of.

October brought a whirlwind of spooktacular Halloween events, followed by November and December filled with festive fun, Christmas campaigns and end-of-year celebrations.

2025 has been a year of learning, growth and unforgettable experiences. I’ve developed new skills, grown in confidence, and truly found my feet within the industry. I’m so grateful to the team at Key Lime for the support, opportunities and encouragement throughout the year. I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. ✨
