From awards nights to Christmas lights, the festive season arrived at full speed, and we went with it. One minute it was Revos, the next it was reindeers, and suddenly we were fully immersed in all things festive across our centres and campaigns.
From welcoming families into Santa’s grotto and elfing around with our cheeky elves, to stopping shoppers in their tracks with animatronic polar bears and eye-catching festive installations, every activation was designed to create memorable moments, boost footfall and encourage share-worthy experiences. These weren’t just decorations, they were carefully crafted experiences that brought destinations to life at the most important time of the retail calendar.
Behind the scenes, festive content was in full swing. Daily advent giveaways kept audiences coming back for more, driving engagement and excitement throughout December, while strategic social media and PR ensured every moment reached the right audience at the right time. ⏰
Alongside the sparkle, community remained at the heart of Christmas. Supporting Christmas present drives allowed us to help spread festive cheer beyond the centres, reminding us that the most impactful marketing doesn’t just perform well, it makes a difference.
