Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is held every May and serves as a time of reflection here in the office.

Here are some of the ways we like to take a break at Key Lime HQ – additional suggestions always welcome! 😉

  1. Lunchtime walks – get off the screen and go outside! Stepping out for some fresh air always helps blow away the cobwebs, and leaves us returning to our desks with clearer heads and productive afternoons.

  2. Compliments board – it’s important to take time to celebrate your successes! Our compliments board hangs on the wall for all to see, and features some of our lovely clients’ words of wisdom of just how fabulous we really are. Out with self-doubt, and in with self-love!

  3. Tunes all day every day! – Did you know it’s been scientifically proven that music can boost your brain’s production of dopamine? Yes – you heard that right, the tunes really do play a factor in keeping you feeling good at work. We here at HQ are even prone to throwing on the Hamilton soundtrack every now and then for singalong sessions (our poor neighbours…)

  4. Puppy cuddles – luckily for us, the office pup Betsy is often on hand and loves some attention!
