By Riverside was devised as a placemaking strategy for a centre whose lack of physical identity was hindering the centre’s growth. We implemented a multi-faceted campaign which was devised to create ownership of the stores within Riverside and awareness of the scheme’s retail offer. Fashion and seasonal campaigns with outdoor, social and in-centre activations were created and over a 12month period delivered a 74% increase in customer awareness, re-invigorated social platforms and most importantly returned an average 7% uplift in sales for retailers.


This campaign was awarded a Merit at the Purple Apple Shopping Centre Marketing Awards.
