Key Lime were engaged by APAM to provide a full-service marketing function for Arlington Business Park in Reading, aimed at delivering an enhanced work-life balance for all who work there.

 

The park has been developed within landscaped grounds with a lake at the heart of the space, and provides best in class amenities including a café, gym, bikes and electric car-charging. A calendar of events has been rolled out to provide fun lunch breakout time such as Zorbing on the Lake, after work activities such as Outdoor Cinema and inter-company challenges like Human Table Football.

 

Wellbeing is top of the agenda with mindfulness and meditation sessions, craft activities, honey collection and lifestyle seminars.
