Content Creation

We undertake visits to client sites to discuss tenant’s plans, product line updates, gather sales data and provide a neutral ear to occupiers.

We take photos and videos to curate in-situ content. We know this performs in a far superior way to static stock images in terms of engagement and interaction. In between visits, the relationships we have built up are nurtured through regular email/phone contact.

Personal Service

We have a dedicated mobile number and encourage occupiers to use WhatsApp to contact us, which over 80% of tenants across our client sites currently do.

We have found that staff in stores often don’t have access to email or intranet and have seen a huge increase in communication since using this simpler, more accessible comms platform.

Progress Reports

Each month we provide a progress report to clients including trading feedback and sales data - often information the managing agents or landlord aren’t aware of. Our friendly approach elicits key pieces of information.

New tenants are contacted as soon as we are given the green light from the landlord. Before meeting onsite, we discuss their plans to find out how we can support them.

Relationships

Our strong relationships with occupiers enable us to secure prizes, freebies and money can’t buy merchandise, maximising our client's marketing budget and impact.

Partnerships include Universal Studios, Krispy Kreme, Elves Behavin' Badly, Five Guys, Warner Bros Pictures, and Nomination, as well as giving away prize bundles gifted to us by on-site retailers.
